  하이퍼웍스 2017.1 공식 업데이트의 간략한 내용은 아래와 같습니다.

HyperMesh

Resolved Issues

  • Performance improvements (up to 85%) while deleting a large model and closing HyperMesh session loaded with a large model.
  • Application crashes when exporting self-contained include while turning off the ‘ID Rules’ check.
  • ID Manager expands all includes when you add minimum and maximum range for an include.
  • Favorite Panels are not stored when the session is saved using HyperMesh Desktop.
  • Export of Self Contained include does not honor Entity State Export settings.
  • Query builder search in browser is not working consistently.
  • 1D elements are hard to pick when located in front of 2d Elements.
  • We have worked with NVIDIA to fix crashes and hangs with the NVIDIA 370 series driver on an Optimus setup (Intel/NVIDIA hybrid GPU). Fix is now available in NVIDIA driver version 376.99 and higher.

HyperView

General Enhancements

  • Expression builder supports the following additional components when creating stress or strain based derived results: Lode Param Theta, Lode Param xi, Max Shear, Pressure, Signed von Mises, Tresca, Triaxiality.
  • New Templex expressions are introduced to display filename, in short or long formats, corresponding to current load case in a note. This is especially useful when multiple result files are loaded.
  • A new context menu is available for category based legend when user right clicks on the legend.
  • Numeric legend is updated to place color band to the right of values and right-justify text when legend is positioned to the right in the graphics window.
  • Ability to control iso-plot using a slider on the legend is now added to category based legend. The slider shows up when the legend context menu is used to add an iso-plot.
  • FBD summary table is updated to show undeformed coordinates for nodes.
  • Querying nodes by contour in the case of a corner-bound elemental contour is allowed through the command layer.

Resolved Issues

  • Contour plot of 1-D Forces on CONROD elements in OP2 result file displays no result.
  • Query by contour Top N picks the wrong node id when the node with the highest value is shared between several elements and has multiple values.
  • Contribution from ROD elements is not taken into consideration when calculating Freebody forces.
  • Application crashes when contouring stress with advanced and feature angle averaging enabled on an Abaqus ODB result using .inp file as model.
  • Error loading RADIOSS animation file in HVTrans with special characters in layer labels in HVTrans.
  • HyperView displays incorrect time step for some of the simulation steps in a step-based derived loadcase.
  • Issue with identifying the min and max of a window selection due to precision set on the legend of the contour.
  • Incorrect derived result value due to wrong loadcase reference in the expression.
  • Application crashes when changing legend type to dynamic scale after changing interpolation to log and format to engineering.
  • Application holding on to the result file when it is loaded using advanced result-math template even after the session has been cleared.
  • Certain legend based Templex expressions do not show correct value when multiple models are overlaid.
  • Undeformed shape is applied across all overlaid models instead of the current model.

HyperGraph

Resolved Issues

  • Templex expressions used in datum line positions in plots with trimmed curves are no longer case sensitive.
  • PamView *.crv ASCII files bigger than 100 MB can now be loaded into HyperGraph.
  • The graphics performance for plots with highly sampled curves has been improved.
  • The issue with name conflicts in ABAQUS .odb files is resolved; files with duplicate names in different result types are supported in 2017.1.
  • The problems displaying long parameter labels in the Flexible Report GUI are resolved.
  • LS-Dyna deforc files with an added legend section in the file header no longer fail in HyperGraph 2017.1.
  • Axial force results from LS-Dyna swforc ASCII files are now read correctly and match the same results using the binout file.
  • The height of the Current Parameter Value and the Default Parameter Value rows in Flexible Report Template are no longer mismatched.
  • Extremely small minimum and maximum axis values (e.g. 1e-10) are now saved correctly in the session file on LINUX.
  • Curves created with the “mstep” function no longer return incorrect values when the step values are given in double format instead of integer format.
  • Support for PamCrash 2016 THP results has been added.
  • The size of the “Select Curves” window in the Modify Curves panel has been increased.
  • Creating summary curves of more the ten curves via the plot browser context menu no longer creates math expressions in the X- and Y-vectors with an unsorted range syntax.

MotionView

Resolved Issues

  • An issue with User Defined Template not being executed after the first execution has been resolved.
  • The usage of key “I” for interface nodes in flexprep in batchmode was broken. This issue has been fixed.
  • RES to DAC conversion of fatigueprep added an extra data point with 0.0 as value at the beginning of the data. This issue has been resolved.
  • mnf file path written under FLEX_BODY statement for Adams export has been changed. If the flexible body uses a flex h3d to generate an mtx, the mnf path would be the same as that of h3d. If the flexible body uses an existing mtx, the mnf path would be the same as that of mtx. The mnf path was earlier set as the same path as the adm file.
  • It is now possible to pick point/vector from geometry in the Beam and Polybeam panel with the “Allow CAD feature recognitions” is turned ON in Tools > Options > Build Model
  • A panel update issue with 2D contacts where the body information is not being updated when the body of the curve is changed has been fixed

HyperCrash

General Enhancements

  • Compare 2 entities: Convenient method of comparing 2 entities:
    hwDesktop2017
  • Full support of segment sets: Full support including creation and capability to display normal orientation and to switch it
    hwDesktop20171
  • Basic View: Improvement in the context menu operations for basic view in generic pages. Added Create and Edit options similar to template
  • Define Function Window: Allow .csv format of x,y values in Import Curve functionality
  • Model browser: View options added for Time History (RADIOSS) / *DATABASE_HISTORY_ (LS-Dyna)

Safety Tools

  • New seat belt contacts handling:
    – In the Preferences settings: default contact file selection, defining belt contact default parameters
    − In RADIOSS profile: new options for TYPE7 symmetrical contact and TYPE11 contact generation in belt panel.

Model Comparison

  • Difference on keyword subtype is now identified in orange
  • Added support for adhesive objects for comparison of materials (RADIOSS Profile)

HyperForm

One-Step

Enhancements

  • Each nesting run will give top 25 results rather than just the best results.
  • One-Step results strain tensor optionally can be exported with plastic strain in other solver formats.

Incremental

Process optimization integrated with model setup has been updated to support user defined FLC curve for objective and constraint definition. Also thickening is added as an option for constraint. Callouts creation in post processing has been greatly simplified with a new macro to easy creation for report generation.

Enhancements

  • Support for user defined FLC curve in optimization objective and constraint definition.
  • Support for thickening as a constraint function.
  • Simplified callout creation macro in HyperForm dropdown inside HyperView for publishing results.
  • Tube bending model setup updated with automatic option to identify the number of balls and its pitch in the mandrel based on tube and bending parameters.
  • Tube bending model setup macro updated with option for user to define mesh size for the tubes.
  • Custom animation definition in the user process is automated based on tool motion. Its frequency can be defined in Preference.

Resolved Issues

  • Large computation time (small time step) because of tool elements.
  • Failure to launch solver from HyerForm when there are spaces in folder path or file name.
  • Modelling of stopper resulting in higher blank holding force.
